We offer in-house dental plans as low-cost alternatives for patients without dental insurance. Both our Basic and Premier plans offer significant discounts on services provided by our office. No deductibles. No maximums. No waiting periods.
Basic Plan
Enjoy discounts of up to 20% on all services provided by Dr. Kern by signing up today.
$120 Annual Membership Fee ($100 for children under 15)
Premier Plan
Sign up today for discounts of up to 25% on all services provided by Dr. Kern in our office. Additionally, enjoy free routine preventive care: two examinations, two cleanings, a routine set of four x-rays, and a fluoride treatment per enrollment period.
$300 Annual Membership Fee ($280 for children under 15)
To begin coverage, simply fill out our Enrollment Form and return it with the annual fee. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If you would like to spread your payment out over time, you can do so using CareCredit. If you don’t have a CareCredit account, you can follow this link, or we will be happy to assist you in opening one.
Note: Only services provided by Dr. Kern are covered. Coverage does not apply to services referred to or performed by any dentist outside of this office. Co-payments must be paid at the time of service, or services will be billed at non-discounted fees. Coverage continues for one year from the date of sign up.
